I’m writing because I’m feeling increasingly frustrated with the repeated cancellations. This is now the fourth time a showing has been canceled just days before the event. Considering the price of the tickets, this has been very disappointing and difficult to justify.
One of the canceled showings was a Christmas gift, and the recipient now has to wait even longer to enjoy the experience. I also have another upcoming showing that I purchased as a gift for a different family member, and I’m honestly worried that it may end up being canceled as well.
At this point, it’s been hard to rely on your company, and I don’t feel comfortable continuing to support it. I would like to request a full refund for the current canceled showing.
