We understand this may be disappointing and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience this causes.   We’d be happy to transfer your reservation to one of the show options below. Yes I think the refund would be best as I was flying in for the even and now I’m stuck w a trip w no purpose. Too bad we were really looking fwd to it. Thank you.

Thank you for getting back to us. We are so very sorry for the cancellation and any inconvenience caused. Yes, we can accommodate a refund if you would like.

As a gesture of goodwill, if you decide to keep your tickets and use them at any of our locations, we would be happy to upgrade your tickets to VIP. This includes premium seating and a bottle of champagne to enjoy during the show. If you find this acceptable, just let us know and we'll gladly follow up with you.

We hope to have the opportunity to make things right. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.
