Good Evening,Thank you for your email. I would just like a refund back please. I am stationed at Fort Gordon Ga. I was flying my wife, my two sons, and myself out to see the show. I am sure we can get our money back for our hotels, but how do we get refunded for our flights? We all were looking forward to enjoying this experience. Now I have to inform my family that the event has been cancelled. Please let me know how I should proceed. I purchased all of our tickets.Carter GermanyLakeisha GermanyCannon GermanyAltoney GermanyV/RMr. Altoney GermanyCell:803-814-7720On Mon, Feb 16, 2026 at 9:59 PM Fork n' Film Scottsdale <tempe@forknfilm.com> wrote:Can't see this message? Re: Please Reply: Scottsdale Fork n' Film Reservation - Important Announcement
Dear Altoney,Thank you so much for reaching out, and we are truly sorry for the cancellation and the disappointment this has caused for you and your family, especially with how much planning went into this trip.
We are especially sorry that you now have to share this news with your wife and sons after everyone was looking forward to the experience.
We will be issuing a full refund for all four tickets back to the original method of payment. You do not need to take any additional steps on your end, we will take care of this for you. Once we process the refund, we'll send you a copy of your refund receipt.
Regarding your flights, we unfortunately are not able to reimburse airfare or travel expenses, since those purchases were made directly through the airline. However, we strongly recommend contacting your airline as soon as possible, as many airlines are able to provide credits or refunds depending on the ticket type and circumstances.
Again, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.
Warmly,

Good Evening,Is there a reason why the show was cancelled? I’m just wondering because I really want to take my family to this experiences but I’m just not sure if the same thing has the potentials to happen again. This time we probably would try to do New York, since we can drift there and won’t spend much money on travel. Just trying to see how I can prepare if I get to take themOut before I leave them to go overseas for months. On Tue, Feb 17, 2026 at 9:27 PM Fork Film <tempe@forknfilm.com> wrote:Dear Altoney,Thank you so much for reaching out, and we are truly sorry for the cancellation and the disappointment this has caused for you and your family, especially with how much planning went into this trip.

Good evening Altoney,
Thank you so much for your message, and we completely understand why you’d want to ask. With the amount of planning involved, it makes total sense that you’d want to feel confident before booking again.
The cancellation was due to an unexpected issue on the venue side that was outside of our control. We are truly sorry again for the disappointment this caused for you and your family.
We would absolutely love to host you in New York (or any Fork n’ Film location). Since you purchased your tickets during one of our limited half-off sales, you received tremendous savings, and we’d love to help you hold onto that pricing.
If you’d like, we can either:- Hold your tickets for a future NYC showing (or another location), or
- Send over available NYC showtimes now so you can choose a new date.

Dear Altoney,I’m really sorry that this has dragged on for so long. You’ve been incredibly patient, and it makes complete sense that you’d want clarity. I hear your frustration, and it’s completely valid.I know it feels like it should be as simple as clicking a button, but the refund process on our end goes through several internal steps before the transaction can actually be released. That doesn’t make the delay any less frustrating, and I’m truly sorry it has taken this long, especially after you’ve already reached out multiple times.I also want to share that we are a very small team managing a high volume of requests, but we are working as quickly and carefully as possible to make sure every refund, including yours, is completed properly. Our team is fully focused on moving things along so you can have your refund soon. You’ll hear from us again as soon as your refund is complete, along with a copy of your refund receipt for your records.Thank you again for your patience and understanding. Hi Altoney,
I’m truly sorry for how long this has taken and for the amount of follow-up you’ve had to do just to get an update. I completely understand why you’re frustrated, especially after waiting over a month and reaching out multiple times.
Your refund is still in progress on our end, and I want to reassure you that it has not been overlooked. We are actively working through refunds, and yours remains part of that effort. I know that doesn’t ease the wait, and I’m very sorry that we haven’t been able to complete this for you yet.
At this point, I don’t want to continue giving you the same response without acknowledging how frustrating that feels on your side. You deserve clearer movement on this, and I truly regret that we haven’t met that expectation.
As soon as your refund is finalized, we will send you a confirmation and receipt right away. In the meantime, we appreciate your continued patience more than I can express, and I’m very sorry for the experience this has been.
Thank you again for your time and understanding.
Warm regards,

We truly appreciate it.Warmly,AlexCustomer SupportOn Sun, Mar 29, 2026 at 6:17 PM Altoney Germany <germanytbo41@gmail.com> wrote:Good Evening,When I look at your website it doesn't show any upcoming shows anywhere. We would absolutely love to host you in New York (or any Fork n’ Film location). Since you purchased your tickets during one of our limited half-off sales, you received tremendous savings, and we’d love to help you hold onto that pricing.
