To: <santiago@forknfilm.com>Hello,We spoke last night about our disappointments with the event. My husband and I were very excited to come, we spent $400 on the experience itself, arranged babysitters for our children, took off of work, and paid for a hotel just for this experience. We were caught off guard with having to share the space with people golfing which was loud even with the headphones. It was difficult to enjoy each other's company because we were wearing the head phones. We were expecting a private area just for the movie. The quality of the food and drinks were very well below expectations. As my husband said he thought the meatballs tasted frozen. The bread with the bone marrow was stale. All three of the drinks we had were tough to drink I don't believe we finished any of them. Overall with the cost of the tickets, we are very disappointed with the quality of the food, drinks, and atmosphere. Thanks,Jessica Dutton - newyork@forknfilm.comto Jessica Dutton <jessicabarbosa0292@gmail.com>Reply (operator)2/17/2026, 1:25:02 AM
Re: Fork N Film 2/15
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Dutton,
I am so incredibly sorry to hear that we let you down. Thank you for being so open and honest with us. We truly value your feedback, and I want you to know that I hear your disappointment loud and clear. It genuinely hurts to know that after all the effort you put into your night, arranging childcare, taking time off work, and booking a hotel, the experience didn't live up to the special and seamless evening you both deserved.
I have already personally passed every one of your concerns along to our culinary and management teams for an immediate and thorough review. We are taking your notes very seriously regarding the atmosphere and environment. I completely understand how being caught off guard by the golfing noise and the isolation of the headphones made it difficult to enjoy each other's company. We want our events to feel like a shared experience, and it is clear the setting hindered that for you.
Regarding the culinary standards, your feedback on the meatballs and the freshness of the bone marrow bread is being addressed directly with our chefs. We pride ourselves on the quality of our ingredients, and it is disappointing to hear we missed the mark so significantly for you. Furthermore, it is truly disheartening to know that the drinks were not to your liking. We want every sip and bite to be a highlight of the night.
Please know that we are fully committed to curating a better event moving forward and will be using your insights to ensure our future screenings provide the premium, immersive atmosphere our guests deserve.Warm regards,SamCustomer SupportOn Mon, Feb 16, 2026 at 6:36 PM Santiago Triana <santiago@forknfilm.com> wrote:Hi,Just sending over some feedback.
