    Hi, 

    I am extremely disappointed to receive notice that the event is cancelled, especially given the significance of the date.

    While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, offering only to transfer the tickets to a different date is not an acceptable resolution in this situation. This was a Valentine’s Day event, and that specific date was the entire purpose of purchasing the tickets. With the cancellation occurring so close to the holiday, reservations at quality restaurants are no longer available, which has significantly impacted our plans.

    I have attended multiple Fork n Film events in the past and have always enjoyed the experience, which makes this situation particularly frustrating. However, I am attaching a copy of the ticket terms which clearly state that refunds will be provided if the company cancels the event.

    There are two tickets associated with this purchase, one for myself, Hailey Rendon-Torres, and one for Adam Villa. Both tickets were purchased using the same payment method/card.

    Based on the stated policy, I am requesting a refund to the original form of payment. Please let me know if any additional information is needed to process this request.

    We can confirm we will be processing a full refund for both tickets (Hailey Rendon-Torres and Adam Villa) back to the original form of payment. Once the refund has been completed, we will follow up with a copy of the refund receipt for your records.

    If you decide you’d like to join us for a future show, we would also be happy to offer a VIP upgrade as a gesture of goodwill, which includes premium seating and a bottle of champagne to enjoy during the show.

    Due to unforeseen circumstances the shows February 13th & February 14th have been cancelled. We understand this may be disappointing and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
