And what is this “second attempt” in the subject line? Just another lie? Please forward me the first attempt since the last email I receive was Saturday (2 days ago) that said the show was still on and you would send the location. I am going to see if I can find the owners names. I bet they have no idea how incompetent their employees are.

Your handling of this is outrageous. A service like yours should carry penalties for this level of failure, and I fully intend to share my experience and leave negative reviews wherever possible. You may also remove me from your email list effective immediately.

Calling this situation “unforeseeable” is disingenuous. If you didn’t have a venue secured, cancellation was inevitable. That should have been obvious long before now.

This is an unacceptable way to treat customers.
