If you’d like to reschedule or save your tickets for a future show, we would be happy to do so, and we’d also like to upgrade your tickets to VIP, which includes premium seating and a bottle of champagne to enjoy during the show.

If you would prefer a refund instead, we can assist with that as well.

Once you let us know your preference, we will take care of everything right away.

Thanks so much for sending those over! I’ve just sent the second ticket for Coco.

I also wanted to clarify something on my end. I initially referenced your reservation for The Princess and the Frog on February 21st, and I see that there was only one ticket under your name for that show. I’m so sorry, I was looking at that reservation instead of your February 14th event, and I apologize for any confusion.

You do still have one ticket for the February 21st show. That event was also cancelled, and guests were notified a few days ago via email.

At this time, we’re happy to offer the following options for your remaining ticket:

• Save it as a credit for a future event, or
• Reschedule it to another Fork n’ Film show/location

We're  also happy to upgrade this ticket to VIP (premium seating + a bottle of champagne) for your next experience.
