    Hope all is well! This is very disappointing but I understand things happen. My sister was coming in town from Atlanta and it was something planned for us for Valentine’s Day therefore, I do not want to reschedule to another day. I want a complete refund but the issue is I paid through Affirm. What is the process to complete the full refund process since this was something completely out of my control? Look forward to hearing from you!
