I’ve noted your feedback regarding the seating at our Brooklyn location, and I’m so sorry to hear your last visit was uncomfortable. I have pinged our team in New York to share your request for standard seating with chair backs so they are aware of your needs for the upcoming show.

Regarding your ticket for Alice in Wonderland on April 17th, I completely understand that plans change. I would be more than happy to provide you with a credit for that ticket so that you can rebook for a date, time, or film that aligns better with your schedule.

I am reaching out for two reasons regarding upcoming events.

First, I attended the Brooklyn location for the first time last month and noticed that many of the chairs did not have backs. I will be attending the 2/13 viewing of Lady and the Tramp with my elderly mother, and I wanted to request seating accommodations. I have rods and screws in my back, and sitting on backless bar stools is very painful for me. During my last visit, I arrived early but was still seated at a bar-height table with backless chairs.

For this upcoming event, I kindly request to be seated at a standard table with regular chairs that have full backs, rather than at the bar-level seating. My name is Charisma Hernandez, and I have two tickets for the 2/13 show.

Second, I am no longer able to attend the Alice in Wonderland event scheduled for 4/17/26. I currently have one ticket and would appreciate guidance on what options may be available regarding a cancellation, credit, or transfer.

Thank you very much for your time and consideration. I appreciate any assistance you can provide and look forward to a more positive experience than I had last time and your response.
