Exchange Date Possibilities

Hi Fork n’ Film team,

I hope you’re having a great day! I had a quick question and was hoping you might be able to help.

My partner and I are hoping to see Princess and the Frog on March 1st at 6:30 PM. We originally planned to go on February 28th at 6:30 PM, and I was able to grab the very last ticket for that showing. Unfortunately, when she went to buy mine right after, it had already sold out.

Is there any chance his ticket could be transferred to the March 1st showing, or applied toward that date if possible? We’re celebrating our anniversary and would love to experience Fork n’ Film together — it’s been on our list for a while and we can finally afford to go. (We’re in our early 20s so it was big deal for us.)
