We’re happy to provide a credit for all four tickets so you can rebook a future show at no additional cost once new dates are announced.

Or if you prefer to rebook two tickets for The Lady and the Tramp and refund the other two tickets, we're happy to do so. Please let us know how you would like to proceed and we'll gladly take care of the rest.

When will you know which new shows will be released after April?  We are not the weekend of alice in wonderland.  We would prefer to have all four people in the party go together to a show after April. However, if the new shows coming out in the summer will not be released by the end of this month then it may make more sense to just cancel Rob and Camille’s ticket. 

I may be able to use my two tickets for lady & the tramp for myself and a friend.  I forwarded the correspondence regarding the fourth ticket.

I checked the location before checking out and it said scottsdale.  We buy many tickets an would given our loyalty this can be resolved wuickly so we csn continue to be patrons. I would prefr you to cancel on your end as I  do not want to put the incorrectthe ticket in dispute.

Yes, as discussed previously, please use two tickets for the following people for the Lady & the Tramp at Scottsdale, AZ on  Feb 13th.

Regarding the other two tickets,  any update regarding future shows? I just do not want to do a credit if there are no more shows in Scottsdale after April.
