    No. I’m sorry that’s not how things work my refund should have been processed as soon as I requested it and in my bank by now. Not a queue at your convenience, I’ll report this further if need be if I do not speak with management and / or receive my funds in the next few days!!!

    At this point I am going to sue you guys for keeping my money and not giving me my refund. It’s been over 3months and I still have not received my refund. I am going to report this to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, as well as, reaching out to your corporate headquarters. This has been beyond ridiculous and you guys have done nothing to reconcile the issue and think that you can just rob me.
