Dear Fork n' Film Team,
I am writing to formally request a full refund for my tickets, which were purchased last year. I've waited long enough. My reservation has now been cancelled TWICE, and despite being promised a full refund, I have yet to receive it.
Process a complete refund immediately. If this is not resolved promptly, my next step will be to report this matter to the Better Business Bureau.
