Good afternoon. I wanted to check status on refund. Just to recap our show was Shrek in Los Angeles 6:30PM on March 14th. My name is Desiree Jerome and I purchased 3 regular tickets totaling $614.97 purchased Aug 27 2025. May 12th will be 60 days since initial request for refund. Please provide me with some sort of time frame thank you
