I wanted to reach out personally and send a truly sincere apology for the delay in getting back to you. I can only imagine how frustrating it feels to be waiting on an update, and I’m so incredibly sorry for the silence on our end and the time it’s taking to get everything settled.
Please know that we are thinking of you and haven't forgotten your request for a moment.
