Hello,I’m reaching out, again four more months later, to see when I’m going to get my refund. It is starting to feeling like I’m being robbed and I need to escalate this concern on my end. Your company is still playing shows, making money, and withholding money from more people like me. This is absolutely wrong and theft. We spent a lot of money that you owe us in a refund. We thought we would eventually try to see if we could book another show in the future but this is making me lose faith.I don’t need another fake corporate email that my refund is processing. I need to know exactly when my refund is going to be processed because it’s been almost 8 months.
